Look at your lighting keypads. Illumination keypads typically have a small Lutron logo and a series of rectangular buttons with engraved labels. If your system was installed between 2000 and 2012, it is very likely Illumination. During your free assessment, we will positively identify your system and document every component.
In most cases, yes. QSX uses a different communication protocol than Illumination, so the keypads must be upgraded. The good news is that QSX keypads are available in the same form factors and finishes, so your walls will look the same or better. We handle all keypad selection and finish matching as part of your project.
